Can you please help us resolve our issue with regards the error that appeared on our system? Upon clicking the POST and PRINT button on Receipt Module the "INTERNAL SERVER ERROR" appears, we cannot proceed on our transaction due to that error. It's unfortunate you're on such an old version: this version doesn't come with community support anymore: it's been declared "End-of-life" on 18 December 2015 (more than 3 years ago!). Is there a reason you can't run 1.5 or 1.6? Those are the currently supported versions. (However, I know that you had problems with this button on 1.5 or 1.6 as well, correct? I can look into fixing the button in 1.5/1.6; although I've tried to come up with solutions before and wasn't quite succesful...) If you really need to have this fixed on your current version, I can only refer you to https://ledgersmb.org/content/commercial-support. Regards, Erik.
