Ledger-smb-users

Erik and I will discuss changing this back, I personally think it's worthwhile, and don't think he will object.

I would like to suggest you make the mailing list subject tag include
the words ledger smb in it? something like [ledger-smb-users] for instance.

this would make it clearer for people who are subscribe to many mailing
lists.
