A/R "Add Transaction" --> An Error Occurred!

Greeting,
I'm testing LSMB for possible deployment. I have it installed on Debian-10.
Problem: I'm in A/R (or A/P) when trying to "Add Transaction" I get a pop-up with "An Error Occurred!".
There are no error codes or other info.
Ideas? Thanks, Michael
